Brackets for mounting of switches / boxes on manual valves
We have enlarged our production range on brackets for mounting of switches or switchboxes on manual valves having ISO5211 direct mounting pad. We present our new item AVMB (Adjustable Valve Mounting Bracket).
AVMB is specially designed for:
- Mounting of double sensors P+F, IFM, ACG, Turck or others
- Mounting of proximity switches or slot sensors
- Mounting of switchboxes of different brands having ISO F05mounting pad
- Mounting of switchboxes ACG, e.g. Smart Mini Box having mounting pad 80x30mm

Innovative throttle valve "Smart Throttling Plate"
How to adjust the opening and closing speed of pneumatic actuators or actuated valves accurately? The STP Smart Throttling Plate, developed and produced by us is an ideal solution to this problem.
Based on the advanced throttling technology and NAMUR standard, the STP Smart Throttling Plate installed between actuator and solenoid valve can control the rotary speed of the actuator in any rate accurately, steadily and safely.
Armed with SPP Smart Pipe Plate, the Smart Throttling Plate can be connected with 1/4” pipe directly.

New switchbox series "Smart Stainless Box"
ACG Automation Center Germany GmbH & Co. KG present a new series of switchboxes in material stainless steel (investment casting AISI316 or AISI304). These are especially resistent against corrosion, chemicals, salty fog and industrial atmospheres.
Different executions are available with mechanical switches SPDT, SPST, DPDT, with or without feedback 4-20mA, proximity switches NPN, PNP, 2 or 3 wire, magnet switches. explosion-proof executions according to ATEX, II2GD EEx ia IIC T6 or EEx d IIB T6.

ACG present an innovative hand lever with spring return safety function
ACG Automation Center Germany present a new solution, with which ball valves according to ISO 5211 will have a safety function by spring return, integrated into a hand lever in stainless steel.
There are 3 different sizes available according to ISO 5211 F03-F04-F05 and octagon 9mm-11mm-14mm.

ACG present new pneumatic axial valves series AC-AX

The pneumatic axial valves work depending on the internal movement of a piston supplied with air. At the end of ist stroke, the piston presses on the seat seal or moves away from it letting the intercepted fluid flow or stopping it from flowing.
As the seat is perfectly tight and the intercepted fluid pressures discharge on it, the pressure necessary to move the piston is completely independent of the fluid pressure. It is full bore and ist improved internal dynamics allow minimum pressure looses, too.
