Week 16 / 2009 Download catalogue pneumatic axial valves AC-AX.pdf The pneumatic axial valves work depending on the internal movement of a piston supplied with air. At the end of ist stroke, the piston presses on the seat seal or moves away from it letting the intercepted fluid flow or stopping it from flowing. As the seat is perfectly tight and the intercepted fluid pressures discharge on it, the pressure necessary to move the piston is completely independent of the fluid pressure. It is full bore and ist improved internal dynamics allow minimum pressure looses, too. Week 07 / 2009 ACG present a new series of very competitive 3/2-ways solenoid valves for direct mounting on spring return actuators, angle seated valves and cylinders. Airflow up to 0.62 Liter, that means suitable for ACG actuators up to AC-A92.

ACG presents new aluminium actuators series AC-A with double stroke adjustment
ACG Automation Center Germany e.K. proudly presents its new series of aluminium actuators 90° having following innovative features:
1. Actually 15 models on stock from Nm9 to Nm3500 (10 models covering up to 500Nm - so small steps among the sizes)
2. Double stroke adjustment +-5° for both open and closed position
3. Most actuators having double ISO5211 connection, double square (octagon or star) for easy mouting on different valves
4. Each actuator is marked with a continuous serial number, air connection and size of ISO lasered into the actuators body
5. Special stroke actuators available - e.g. 60° - 120° - 135° - 180° - 360° - others on request
6. Innovative 3-dimensional position indicator allowing mounting of accessories like switchboxes, positioners
7. Preloaded coated high performance springs for spring return actuators
8. Each actuator packed in single box, easy for stocking

The website of ACG Automation Center Germany e.K. under www.acg-shop.com appears in new design and with new functions beginning from septembre 2007 on.
